Baja Style Mignonette

We were lucky to place a large order with some friends for Baja Shellfish! So of course a mignonette was in order! We were feeling something a little spicy and citrusy! We hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients / Equipment:

  • ½ cup red or white wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots

  • ½ tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

  • Squeeze of lime juice

  • S+P to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy with oysters!
