Ingredients:
1 cup fresh herbs... we used:
-Carrot tops
-Dill
-Cilantro
-Parsley
-Mint
¾ cup full fat greek yogurt
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
OPTIONAL: water
Put fresh herbs (stems n all), yogurt, garlic and lemon juice in blender on low. Slowly add in extra virgin olive oil while continuing to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you wanted to thin the dressing out a bit, gradually add in a tablespoon or two of water. Enjoy!
