Ingredients / Equipment:
16oz Greek Yogurt
3 scallions, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 Tbsp dill, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp kosher salt
½ one lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp agave nectar
¼ tsp black pepper
Mixing bowl
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors meld. Serve with fresh veggies or favorite chips or crackers.
Notes:
Have fun with this recipe! You can add other ingredients like jalapenos, bell peppers, radish, celery, other greens like kale, mix up your herbs that you have on hand like cilantro, parsley or basil.
