Printable versions are formatted to print on standard 8.5 x 11 paper. Once folded, they’ll measure standard A2 size 4.25 x 5.5.

Folding instructions:

1. Fold in half on long edge (11 inch side).

2. Fold in half on short edge (8.5 inch side).
